  • 1980: Fleet Analysis - one of the first fleet PC software applications that documented fleet assets and analyzed operating costs and cost per mile.
  • 1984: Maintenance Magic - one of the first commercially available fleet maintenance data processing services and marketed as one of the first stand-alone fleet programs for the PC in the DOS operating system.
  • 1986: Dossier Fleet Maintenance Software - one of the first fleet maintenance programs that integrated with automated fuel island systems.
  • 1989: Introduction of the first fleet maintenance parts bar coding system using double stick piggyback labels.
  • 1994: America Fleet On-Line service was one of the first Windows-based, interactive client/server on-line bulletin boards dedicated specifically to the surface transportation industry. It helped set the trend for the many Internet applications used by commercial fleets today.
  • 1999: 24/7 Fleet Online is one of the first online Application Service Provider (ASP) solutions for fleet maintenance allowing fleets to run the Dossier software program over the Internet.
  • 2003: Pocket Dossier is one of the first hand-held, wireless, bar-code enabled fleet maintenance applications built around an off the shelf PDA.
  • 2004: Pocket Dossier is deployed using cell phone technology.
  • 2004: Dossier Onboard is the first commercially available integration of an on-board-computer and a fleet maintenance program allowing vehicles to report and document their own maintenance issues automatically, in real time using Wi-Fi, cellular and/or satellite communications.
  • 2004: Dossier is the first fleet maintenance software to have an automated interface with Comdata’s virtual MasterCard system to provide a secure payment system to handle road service vendor invoices.
  • 2005: First automated fleet Benchmark system to help a fleet establish their own internal operational and cost statistics, standards and identify exceptions based on a fleet's unique maintenance operations, equipment application and specifications, and corporate business practices.
  • 2006: The first fleet maintenance software to eliminate data entry of reoccurring work through automated repair order template creation.
  • 2007: The first fleet maintenance software with PM service forecasting based on the fleet's historic miles/hours/time utilization on a per unit basis and fist to offer user defined automated data import of external service vendors’ invoices to eliminate data entry and increase accuracy.
  • 2008: Introduction of Dossier Automated Tire Management System - a new method of managing tires as an asset through wireless technology, with wireless Dossier Tire Probe, tire bar coding & post mfg RFID tags.
  • 2008: Integration with Networkfleet GPS/AVL system to automatically receive engine fault codes, mileage meter readings and automatically import manufacturer’s recall notices into Dossier's work pending feature.
